Back-to-School Student Interest and Reading Surveys

Two simple but powerful surveys to share with students at the beginning of the school year...and then to revisit at the end of each quarter/semester! The first page includes a student interest survey to help us get to know the incredible young people in our classroom. The second page is a reading survey to get a sense of our students' literacy attitudes and identities. Happy to answer any questions you may have as we get ready for a great year of reading!
